Precautions During pregnancy

During the pregnancy we should follow the instructions of doctor's or elders .
We never do that's things which are restructed  by seniors but in few case doctors advice and parents advice are clashed each other like that ;
~ In few case seniors advice us do not sleep straight but doctor says that it's OK by this .

There are many things you are adviced  to do and not to do as a mum to be . Its  recommended you don't eat certain foods such  which is made outside or normally we can say we eat only healthy food  and skip from street or resturant foods which is not healthy for mom and baby also.  Among  many other things as a midwife there are so many things i wish  women knew and could do to  help themselves  in pregnancy/ None of them are expensive and all of them are of benefit to the moms and their families.

24 WEEKS OF PREGNANCY;GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT

HOW BABY'S GROWING

Now your baby is partially grows .  The weight up to 600g and is starting to fill the space  in your womb . From  head to heel  she now about as long as an ear or corn ,which is about  30CM. Her patterns of sleeping and waking are becoming   more defined although they may not  happen when you'd like them to. You will find that when you are trying to sleep, she is alert and kicking.
Your baby's brain is growing rapidly  and her facial muscles are getting a workout as she tests out different expressions by rising her eyebrows.
Although your baby still has a lot of growing to do before she's ready to be born . She
is now considered viable/. This means that if she were to be born this week her lungs are developed enough so that she has a good chance of survival with extra care in  a  neonatal unit./

SYMPMTOMS

You may notice faint red streaks or stretch marks on your tummy, hips, bottom and breasts.
Rubbing on creams can make you feel more comfortable  and help soothe  and itching  you may feel but it won't get rid of stretch marks or prevent them/ Stretch marks  are typical  at this stages of pregnancy  and will fade to faint marks after you give birth..
You may also find that your eyes are more sensitive to light, and feel gritty and dry./ This is a perfectly normal pregnancy symptom  known as dry eye syndrome. If your dry eye  are bothering you see your GP . Dry eyes can be treated with artificial tears or ointments but check with your doctor whats  best to use.

23 weeks pregnant

23 WEEKS PREGNANCY; weight ,size and development

HOW BABY'S GROW

CONGRATULATION
NOW YOUR BABY IS ABOUT  THE SIZE OF LARGE MANGO, which  is a little more than 500g and measures about 28 cm. After few month you can able to see the moment of your baby Outside the surface of the womb or outer side of your tummy as well as feel them.

Of course every female has different body and there function also ,so don't worry if it take longer time to respond . Normally it depends on your baby's position  in your womb or even your placenta's position.
FOR EXAMPLE ,if your placenta is at the front of your womb it can cushion your baby's movements
Now your baby is more sensitive to sounds. He may have been able to hear your heartbeat or your voice as early as 15 weeks but these sounds are now much clearer to him. He'll also start hearing more distant sounds now, such as a dog barking or a car alarm.
You  may even feels  your baby respond to certain sounds in the womb. So, as well as talking   to your bump now is a great time to share your taste in music with your unborn baby.
Your baby's bone marrow is starting to make blood cells Until now,  this role has been carried out by his liver and spleen. His tiny heart is beating stronger and as blood is pumped around his body , his thin skin appears red.
These changes not occur in every single pregnant women but this is the rough idea of this ,development occur like this but in  few  case it goes earlier as well as in late also ., this is the general idea about the growth and development of the baby in the womb.
